About The Presenter, Spencer Crandall

I’ve worked with small business owners long enough to know that it’s not a lack of effort, but limited planning for profit that leads to unsatisfactory net income from product sales.

I learned this firsthand in my high-volume retail store. I know what it feels like to make every decision on instinct because the alternative — stopping to analyze anything — feels impossible when you’re wearing every hat in the building and time is limited.

Once I figured out the profit levers available to me and how they were affected by inventory, I lifted my business out of the dip. After that, I grew more than 20% every year and became the lead retailer of a 40-location franchise.

I now help product sellers focus on the levers that drive profit, so they can navigate on a more sane path to success.
